  • To carry out listing verification at the landlord's request

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party. Ever.

Third Parties We Work With

We work with trusted third-party service providers to operate DirectLandlords. These providers only process your data to the extent necessary to deliver our services to you and are not permitted to use your information for any other purpose. The types of services we use include:

We do not use advertising networks, social media tracking pixels, or any third-party analytics tools. DirectLandlords is completely ad-free.

Cookies and Local Storage

DirectLandlords uses browser local storage to maintain your login session so you do not have to sign in every time you visit. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking cookies, or third-party analytics cookies. The only data stored in your browser is what is necessary to keep you logged in securely.

You may clear your browser's local storage at any time through your browser settings. Doing so will sign you out of your account.

Security of Your Data

We take the security of your personal information seriously. Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure and protected by access control policies, meaning each user can only access data they are authorised to see. Authentication is handled securely and passwords are never stored in plain text.

While we take every reasonable step to protect your data, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We encourage you to use a strong password and to sign out of your account when using shared devices.
